FFT US Staff Member Certified As Physical Security Professional (PSP)

May 28th 2010

One of FFT’s US staff, Erick Reynolds, has recently received certification as a Physical Security Professional (PSP) through the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).

Mr Reynold’s certification was the result of his successful participation in preparatory classes and graded, in-person testing.

According to ASIS, certification is awarded to security consultants whose primary responsibilities are to conduct physical security surveys, design integrated security systems, or install, operate or maintain those systems and who have demonstrated in-depth operational knowledge and competence in this area.

This achievement is in addition to the company’s Secure Fence™ security solution being named as a participant in the U.S. Military Joint Force Protection Advanced Security System (JFPASS) last year.

Secure Fence™ was the only outdoor perimeter fence sensor technology invited to demonstrate to a prestigious security group, which included US Government and Military personnel, including representatives from the U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) Physical Security Equipment Action Group (PSEAG).
