- Response to any reported faults with an agreed SLA timeframe
- Remote automated monitoring and reporting of faults through FFT’s HQ technical support centre
- Quarterly on-site validation of FFT equipment, external sensing cable and associated integrations
- Comprehensive monthly system status reporting, and
- Automatic updates of FFT’s cyber-assured software.
