Future Fibre Technologies Limited (FFT or the Company) wishes to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, that effective today, Ernst & Young has been appointed as auditor for the Company.
The change follows the resignation of the Company’s current auditor Pitcher Partners in accordance with ASIC consent under section 329(5) of the Corporations Act. The change of auditor has occurred due to the Company tendering the external audit programme. Ernst and Young was selected after considering proposals from a number of Accounting Firms.
In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act, a resolution will be placed at the 2017 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appoint of Ernst & Young as the Company’s auditor.
